Empowering youth through Research & Skill Enhancement

Education is key to the progress of any society and also to self development. In todays technology and research driven world it has gained paramount importance and even the manual work involves modern equipment. 

Technical knowledge is often required to yield employment. Foundation has been giving various types of Skill Development Training to the girls, women, poor youth and students keeping in mind their educational background. Foundation always looks for the latest in demand Skill Development Trainings and makes it available to the needy.

Research Centre

Janaseva Foundation established a Research Centre to conduct research on health, aging, destitute and social issues within the community. The Centre has undertaken the need-based research, with some findings influencing state and central government policies. Recognizing its significant contributions Savitribai Phule Pune University has designated it as a Recognized Research Centre. Many studies are conducted in collaboration with government and non-governmental organizations, including WHO, Duke University and Healthy India Alliance. Infosys and the Public Health Foundation of India support the Centre by providing research fellows. The Research Centre is managed by Research Committee headed by Dr. Subhash Salunke, former Regional Adviser, WHO-SEARO and Dr B. T. Lawani as its Director.
