Responsibilities:
- Oversees implementation of Projects across all States
- Works closely with State Project Co-ordinators & Project Lead
- Responsible for timely submission of monthly all-state Project report
- Responsible for internal audit of projects across States
- Responsible for ensuring project compliance across states, in line with organizational policies & procedures
- Responsible for streamlining all project expenditures: Bills, vouchers etc
- Responsible for assisting the Project Lead with strategizing, planning, and identifying gaps, if any
- Assisting the Project Lead on all relevant project-related issues
- Responsible for coordination with the Communication team for showcasing human-interest case stories from the project (both still & film)
- Should be willing to travel if required.
Key Qualifications & Attributes:
- 5 years or more experience in project implementation in the social sector, Preferably Post Graduate.
- Fluent in written & oral English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, etc. (mandatory)
- Knowledge of World Wide Web & internet usage
- Knowledge of the usage of social media
- Should have good presentation skills
