Inspired by my grandparents, uncle and my mother and father and by the selfless service of Mahatma Gandhi, Sane Guruji, Baba Amte, and Mother Teresa, we have spent over 35 years tirelessly working to transform lives of needy. Our mission spans multiple sectors—healthcare, elderly care, destitute care, disability support, education, vocational training, research and rural development. Through these efforts, we have touched the lives of lakhs of elderly, the sick, the disabled, destitute individuals, women, underprivileged youth, and street children, providing them care, dignity and hope for a better tomorrow.

Our impact has been recognized at the highest levels. The United Nations has granted us Special Consultative Status, and the Government of India has entrusted us with key social welfare responsibilities. We proudly operate a Regional Resource Training Centre, Elderline Helpline & various Government initiative bringing critical services, knowledge and skills to social workers and caregivers, as well as Mobile Medical Units, ensuring healthcare reaches the most remote villages. These initiatives have earned us numerous national and international awards and honours.

However, our success is not measured by accolades but by the lives we change. None of this would have been possible without the relentless efforts of our trustees, patrons, advisors, well wishes, the dedication of our staff, the generosity of our donors, and the selfless commitment of our volunteers. I must express my heartfelt gratitude to my wife Mrs. Meena Shah, whose unwavering dedication has been the backbone of our mission, inspiring us all to strive for greater impact and being the driving force behind all our endeavours.

As we look ahead, the journey continues, and the need for compassionate service grows ever stronger.
